Throw the Makeup Bag Away

Painted Rock Health and Wellness offers permanent makeup (PMU) treatments that are a semi-permanent form of cosmetic tattooing. The pigment is manually implanted under the skin's surface with a machine tool. With this delicate and precise technique, we can help to create pixel shading to design and shape the client’s brows and lips.

Please note: to receive any tattoo service or permanent makeup in Little Rock, AR at Painted Rock Health and Wellness, clients must be 18 years of age, not pregnant or nursing. Please text (501) 658-8557 to schedule a booking.

Consultation and Session Information

Consultation – 1 Hour

  • During the brow consultation, we will discuss the tattooing process, your medical history, medications, post care and healing. A sculpt and stain of your brows will be completed using your facial features to map out a natural brow. Excess hair is threaded away and a natural henna stain is used to perfect the shape and allow you to see the shape even when no hair may be present.

Ombre Powder Brows - First Session – 3 Hours

  • Ombre powder brows is a brow tattoo that is a soft pixelated (powdered) technique of permanent cosmetics using a tattoo machine. The tail of the brows is darker and fades into a light beginning to the brow. 2 sessions are required initially to build color in the skin. Treatment takes approximately 3 hours. We recommend touch-ups or color boosts every 1-3 years once the color has faded by 50% from the original healed results. A brow consultation is required.

Ombre Powder Brows - Perfection Session – 2 hours

Lip Blushing

  • Define lip borders, neutralize dark uneven toned lips and rejuvenate lip color that tends to fade. Using a tattoo machine, a custom color will be used to pixelate the lip skin and shade lips to a richer, healthier natural color. A consultation is not required but we suggest that if you have ever had a cold sore or fever blister, taking an antiviral at least 3 days before the first session and 3 days after is recommended. 2 sessions are recommended to achieve optimal color and duration.

Camouflage Tattoo Scars/Stretchmarks

  • The camouflage tattooing technique utilizes custom-blended pigments to match an individual’s skin tone in order to conceal stretchmarks, scarring and skin discoloration on the body. The ink is tattooed using a tattoo machine. Results are permanent though they may fade over time. During the consultation, a treatment plan will be suggested for your skin concern. Healing time is a minimum of 6 weeks to see the true color of the pigment in the skin.
  • **Before all camouflage or inkless tattoo sessions, a consultation must be scheduled first to make sure you are a good candidate for this procedure.
  • Candidates for Stretchmark and Scar Revisions: Scarring and stretchmarks should be completely healed to a white or very light in color. If you have a history of keloid scars, this procedure is not recommended.

Inkless Stretch Mark/Scar Revisions

  •  Involves making controlled micro-abrasions to the treatment area and depositing a mix of high-end organic serums and nutrients into the skin. The vitamins will cause a cellular turnover by triggering reconstruction, rejuvenation and a new cycle of elastin production. The result is a 30-100% improvement in texture and color.
  •  *Free consultation is required.

Great experience!! Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend!
